Marta, a Harvard-educated art historian, Italian Renaissance specialist, an Honorary member of Academy of Arts, built her expertise through years at Christie’s and Sotheby’s in New York, as well as through her train
Founded by Marta Grigorieva, Art Aurelia brings together scholarship, artistry, and a discerning eye for fine arts curation. Marta, a Harvard-educated art historian, Italian Renaissance specialist, an Honorary member of Academy of Arts, built her expertise through years at Christie’s and Sotheby’s in New York, as well as through her training in portraiture with the legendary Nelson Shanks. Marta's career as a figurative painter— shaped by Italian traditions and commissions for portraits and landscapes — provides the foundation for Art Aurelia’s distinctive approach.
Today, under Marta’s direction, Art Aurelia specializes in curating and supplying offices, homes, yachts and collections with paintings that complement each client’s aesthetic and environment.
